An excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS) to work across major civil engineering, highways, and infrastructure contracts.

As an MQS, you will oversee the quantity surveying team, manage costs and contracts, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the quantity surveying team across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
  • HND/degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Chartered status preferred
