BMS Optimisation Engineer

Location: Midlands / North

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:
    • Execute Building Management System (BMS) key project works.
    • Perform BMS maintenance tasks, both onsite and remotely.
    • Develop and implement BMS and energy optimisation projects.
  • Task Management:
    • Take responsibility for tasks assigned by the Project Management team, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and prevent delays.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management, clients, and third parties to achieve project goals.
  • Skill Development:
    • Continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the role and expertise.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background:
    • Degree or qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • BMS Systems:
    • Qualification or experience with Trend BMS systems.
    • Knowledge or experience with Cylon, ALC, Siemens, or Niagara systems would be advantageous but not essential.
    • Experience with Trend IQ Vision/N4 would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Full, clean driving license.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
